Singapore is known as the culinary capital of Asia and the cuisine is a prime example of the ethnic mix and cultural diversity, even has websites dedicated to the best local soup or fried noodles there is also a diversity of culinary creations in the street stalls , popular for their traditional reputation for fine dining. This cuisine has influences such as Malay, Chinese and Indian (especially Tamil food) and also has Western influences due to the occupation of the islands by the British in the nineteenth century. There are many delicious dishes such as the National dish "Hokkien" (fried noodles) and is also known for its abundance of tropical fruits. Here you can find an incredible amount of restaurants offering varieties of specialties at affordable prices.

    I know that the people in Singapore works a lot and they just try to eat and eat when they meet with friends and family, and its know that their food is really well prepared and have a good taste. I have not eat it yet but i really want to know how it taste.
